Chef Michael Ostros as he lures and captures your senses with his audacious
and creative combinations. You’ll be “hooked” once you’ve experienced
Chef Michael’s signature dish of succulent seared tuna served with Asian
vegetable stir-fry. Other tempting seafood dishes include seasonal fresh
fish, as well as a colossal tower of the sea.
