Michael Ostros, a New Jersey native used his family’s kitchen as a culinary laboratory. Ostros realized that his passion for food could extend into a lifelong career. Using his education, from the Culinary Institute of America, he then apprenticed at various steakhouse and seafood restaurants. Ostros later became the Executive Chef for Sonoma Grill in Rutherford, New Jersey. During his tenure as executive chef, Ostros’ original cuisine garnered many awards. Chef Michael Ostros has joined Regina’s steakhouse and grill, a modern American steakhouse with an innovative style menu. He offers the same passion for cuisine preserved from his childhood, continuing to create masterpieces.
